Terms and Conditions
Orders
For commissioned work, a 50% deposit is required on ordering and the balance is due when the work is ready for dispatch.
Non-commissioned works for sale require payment in full before dispatch.
Discounts
Returning customer? PictureDreams values all our clients and returning customers receive a 15% discount on all paintings.
Payment
PictureDreams accepts payment by PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer. Payment details will be emailed to you on receipt of your order. All orders must be prepaid before dispatch, and prices include delivery within the UK.
Postage
PictureDreams delivers worldwide. Delivery is FREE within the UK. Please contact us for delivery rates outside the UK.
Refund & Return Policy
If you wish to return any artwork purchased for any reason, PictureDreams will refund the purchase price provided the artwork is returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. PictureDreams are unable to reimburse any postage costs.
Delivery
Every commission is handpainted according to your instruction therefore please allow 28 days for delivery. Items for sale and available for immediate delivery will be delivered within 1 - 3 days from receipt of cleared funds.
